- All federal employees and military personnel are asked to act against their moral conscience.
- People of the Middle East- Iran, Gaza, Lebanon, and Eastern Europe continue to pray for Ukraine.
- All LGBTQ+ youth, and for compassion and empathy to become contagious in our world.
- May is Mental Health Month. We pray for all who struggle with mental illness or emotional distress, and for the caregivers, counselors, therapists, and providers who walk alongside them.
For healing and strength:
- Diane, for healing from head to toe.
- Jackie’s grand-niece, Hayley.
- Solina’s sisters, Rejoice Junior Section Leader, Linda,
- Melissa for her aunt, Mary Ann Beene Harris, who is in rehab.
- Melissa’s cousin, Luis Lopez’s father, is undergoing chemotherapy treatments
- Wayne O’Neal, Melissa’s father, cancer treatments.
- Kathy’s health
For comfort in grief:
- Jackie’s brother and sister-in-law are grieving the death of her father, Harry. Friends who recently lost a mother figure.
- Kenya’s cousin Colleen and neighbor Linda.
- Family of Ada Doss. We also remember her coworkers and friends at DCH.
For guidance, provision, and justice:
- Grace, awaiting justice from an abuser. All who are living with the various scars of abuse.
- Renee Good and Alex Pretti at the hands of ICE.
